AIM's NCQA Utilization Management Certification is effective January 31, 2012 through January 31, 2014. NCQA Utilization Management Certification is a voluntary quality assessment program that focuses on consumer protection and customer service improvement. ISO/IEC Certified
AIM's ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certification is effective September 30, 2011 through September 29, 2014. ISO/IEC 27001, part of the growing ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards, is an Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard published in October 2005 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
