How does my password work?
Your password allows you immediate access to any of the on-line applications you are eligible to use. This password should be kept completely confidential and should not be disclosed to other individuals or institutions.

What happens if I lose my password?
Please contact AIM, Inc.'s customer service department at (800) 252-2021 or Click here to have your password automatically e-mailed to you.

What online services do you offer?
AIM offers a wide range of online services, through the ProviderPortal®, including verification of preauthorization numbers, claim inquiries, verification of eligibility, online preauthorization, and lists of contracted radiology providers. In addition through AIM's OptiNet® application, AIM also had an online tool for submitting imaging site assessment information. Click here to learn more about our on-line services.

How do I know if I am eligible to use your on-line services?
Medical offices, diagnostic imaging providers, field claims offices and health plans are all eligible to use one or more of our online services. When you register to use one of our online services, our staff completes an internal verification process to determine whether we can grant you access to one or more of our online services. If you are deemed eligible, you will be issued a password. The same password can be used to access any of the services you are eligible to use. Click here to register.
